Pay My Bill

Please check the top of your statement and continue ONLY if the logo on the statement is SLUCare Physician Group or SSM Health SLUCare Physician Group.

  • Have your billing statement in front of you as it contains necessary information to complete the transaction.
  • Note that payments will be processed within three business days of receipt.

If you have questions or need assistance paying your bill, please email us at slucarepmocustomerservice@health.slu.edu or call the business office at 314-977-5050 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

On your bill, locate the date of service. Based on the date of service, click the appropriate button below to proceed to online bill pay.

Installment Plan Option Available

SLUCare Physician Group, a member of SSM Health, offers a recurring payment option that allows you to pay your balance over time. Each month, SLUCare Physician Group will bill your credit card for an agreed upon amount until the balance is paid in full.

To set up a recurring payment plan, you must have a credit card on file with our billing office. To arrange, call 314-977-5050, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
